eight year old daughter, Kelsey, who attends a local parochial elementary
school. When my daughter turned three I resigned from a Sales Position
with Okidata ... The business travel was too demanding. Since that
time my daughter and I have traveled extensively visiting 8 European
countries and Japan. I am now searching for employment, most likely
a non-travel sales position with a Computer hardware or software
company. Thanks for putting together the 25 year GL Reunion. My

(Oakes) Rockwell - Glendale, CA writes: "Well, the
big news in the Rockwell house since our 20th reunion is our new
son, Ethan, who was born on May 11, 2002. Undeterred by the fact
that we will be 60 years old when he graduates from high school
(!), Steve and I have plunged enthusiastically into first-time parenthood
and are having the time of our lives! Gotta pay for college now,
so I've put my acting career on the back burner and accepted a nice
promotion at work. I'm currently managing the Customer Support department
and working on New Business Development as well. Steve is Mr. Mom
during the day, acts in repertory from May through September at
his theatre company and auditions for acting gigs in between. We're
looking forward to starting a search for our first house next month,
if the California real estate prices don't kill us first!"

lived in Iowa for 6 years, and have been in Pittsburgh since 1994.
I worked as an assitant professor at the University of Pittsburgh,
and have recently resigned from the full-time faculty to be an adjunct.
This way, I'm able to spend more time with our 4 kids: Sean (12),
Clara (10), Adam (7), and Erin (4). We rarely get to New Jersey
since my parents relocated 4 years ago, but judging by the pictures
from the last reunion, it looks like the 25th could be worth the
trip! I think the reunion team has done some great work!";

Sampson - Westfield, NJ writes: "Still residing in Westfield, NJ. After working many years as a civil defense paralegal I entered the medical
education field. I worked for 5 years as a Senior Director of international events (drug launches and promotion) and as Director of Operations for
the same medical education agency. Although it was a rewarding career and I traveled to some incredible destinations, international travel had its
shelf life and so does the pressure of being in charge of intense events with international challenges. So, I needed a break. I decided to go back to
school yet again, for something I always wanted to do. I am in my first year/second semester of a threeyear program studying American Sign
Language/Deaf Studies." Janice has also generously offered to use her event planning expertise to lead our 25-year reunion team.
