Jon
Boroshok, president: Jon Boroshok's

new collateral materials, including product brochures, packaging,

Prior
to L&H, Boroshok was a senior public relations specialist for
Sybase, Inc. While with Sybase, he successfully launched two new
development tools for enterprise Internet applications. Boroshok
developed, managed, and implemented public relations plans, worked
with product directors and helped manage Sybase's PR agency to ensure
media coverage.
Boroshok
has an extensive PR agency background. He served as senior account
executive on the PSINet, AT&T, and Monster.com accounts at Poppe
Tyson (a Bozell Sawyer Miller Group Company). As an account executive
for Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSI), a New York City high-tech
PR agency, Boroshok worked on the Sony Consumer Products account.
He also brings several years of newspaper advertising and writing
experience.
Boroshok
has a B.S. in communications from Emerson College and an M.B.A.
in marketing from Northeastern University. He has done post-graduate
work in Web site design and development at the University of Massachusetts.

Caton
Based in San Diego, Tammie Caton provides TechMarcom and Marcom Outsource
with a strong west coast presence. Her experience includes work within
the following technology areas: Bluetooth, semiconductors, real-time

reality, portals, Internet trends, web authoring tools, ASPs, home
electronics, ERP, analog, DSP, digital video, and massive parallel
processing. Tammie also familiar with trends surrounding 'best practices'
channels such as supply chain management, CRM, demand creation, and
distribution channels.
She has directed PR campaigns for high-profile companies, start-ups
and international companies seeking to break into the US technology
market. Some of the companies in her portfolio include Peoplesoft,
Red-M (Madge Networks subsidiary), National Semiconductor, Telelogic,
SwitchCore, Broadcom, ZY.com, Broad Daylight, MagNetPoint, Primix,
Tribal Voice, VEBA/Memec and Wind River Systems.
Ned
Barnett
When it comes to healthcare and biotech PR, Ned Barnett is a true
veteran. He brings our team more than two decades of experience in
healthcare public relations, marketing and strategic planning. Ned
has worked with more than 100 hospitals, insurance and managed care
organizations (including HMOs/PPOs/PHOs and IPAs), hospital corporations,
hospital and medical associations and private-practice physicians
(and groups), helping them to meet their bottom-line goals through
effective public relations and on-target marketing communications.
Ned wrote his first two (of eight) books on healthcare marketing and
public relations - the HCA Corporate Communications Guide and the
AHA's Guide to Hospital Public Relations.
Ned was the first Marketing Director for Republic Health Corporation,
a for-profit hospital corporation. During Ned's tenure as the Eastern
Division Marketing Director, the company grew from 18 to 90 hospitals.
Ned also developed a software system that permitted hospitals to
develop on-target strategic marketing plans using available data
and non-marketing personnel - and he created a physician-practice
marketing program that was adopted by all 80 Republic hospitals.
Ned guided the launch of HealthWorld Online - the world's largest
natural health Web site - generating coverage in major media including
Newsweek, USA Today, New York Times, and seeing site activity go
from zero to 1.2 million hits per month in just six months. In 1996,
Ned was invited to keynote the Internet Marketing conference sponsored
by Michigan State University, where he illustrated how to measure
and generate a Return on Investment (ROI) on the internet. He also
authored a major feature in the respected SPECTRUM, the marketing
journal of the American Hospital Association.
Building on his extensive lobbying-related experience gained while
working with the hospital associations, Ned also worked with N/B
clients in the political arena. Within the past two years, he has
represented clients on Capitol Hill and (on behalf of the National
Drug Prevention League) participated in meetings at the White House
with the Administration's Drug Czar and other top administration
officials.
Wendie
Walsh
Wendie Walsh is a public relations professional with nearly 20 years
experience providing strategic counsel to companies in the high technology
and business-to-business markets. Walsh has a proven track record
in product positioning and messaging, strategic communications planning
and implementation, account management, and media and analyst relations
for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations.
Walsh has worked extensively with companies serving the Internet,
software and hardware market segments. In the software industry,

Andrew R. Cranin
As a practitioner of marketing communication and public relations
since 1982, Andrew Cranin has acquired knowledge and skill in a
broad range of communication areas. Prior to opening his own consultancy
in 1987, he served clients for Boston public relations agencies
Arnold & Co. and Ingalls, Quinn & Johnson, and held the position
of director of corporate communication for The Giardini/Russell
Group.
Cranin
provide clients with a variety of services, including planning and
implementation of public affairs activities, media relations programs

Carol Carlson
Carol Carlson brings the team more than 13 years of agency public

Eckhart subsidiary. Now in her third year as a consultant, Carlson
provides public relations assistance and consulting services to
Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore), overseeing its Industry
Analyst Relations program as well as writing and editing content

seven PSE&G outreach representatives, arranging broadcast and media

She has also worked on New Jersey's division of travel and tourism
account, originating that agency's "Passport to New Jersey" program,

William (B.J.) Taylor
B.J. Taylor has a wealth of business-to-business, Internet, electronic
commerce and general high technology experience that he has gained

largest corporations in the world. Taylor is the president of T@ylor
